Parking is available for up to 2 cars on the premises.Access here

There are two bedrooms with a total of five single beds.The capacity is 5 adults.It's a whole house rental, so the more people, the more cost-effective the calculation. The photos show a Japanese-style room with two single beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.

Regarding pool usage

Usage fee: 2,000 yen (includes cleaning and preparation time. Please understand.)

Pool dimensions: 5m wide x 3m long x 0.85m deep
It's a shallow pool, so it's very popular with children.

Use of the BBQ and pool are optional and will incur an additional charge when used. You can decide on the day whether you wish to use them.

Pool water quality management

Every day, the pool water is filtered by the filtration system. Furthermore, the chlorine concentration, pH level, and alkalinity are measured daily, and water is replaced as needed.

We are charging 2,000 yen for water quality management (fees will be revised from July 20, 2025).

I'm preparing a life jacket for small children. Please feel free to use it.

Washing machine and dryer

After using the pool, there are washing machines and dryers available for your use. Detergent is also provided.

BBQ

The BBQ facilities are open for free to overnight guests. Please check the usage conditions before use.

For those who find starting and cleaning up a charcoal BBQ bothersome, please consider using an LP gas BBQ grill. This is a Weber 2-burner BBQ grill. You can enjoy BBQ under the gazebo without getting wet.

This requires an additional rental fee of 4,000 yen.

We have tongs and other items necessary for BBQ readily available.You don't have to worry about cleaning up after the BBQ. We will handle the cleaning.

We have yakiniku sauce, salt and pepper, soy sauce, and oil fully equipped.

Pest control

We have an electric mosquito repellent device in the gazebo, and we also keep mosquito coils there as a backup.

Furthermore, curtains have been installed, making it difficult for insects to enter.

Dog run

There are no restrictions on dog breed or size. We have a lawn area for you to use freely. There is a fence at the entrance for dogs, so please use it as needed.

Large TV and projector

We have installed a large LCD TV (65-inch) in the living room.I can't watch commercial broadcasting.がNetflixとAmazon PrimeWe have it available for you to watch, so please enjoy your favorite programs.

In the bedroom, there's the equivalent of 100 inchesProjectorWe have prepared a projector. Please enjoy movies or other content while in bed before sleeping. You can also watch Netflix here. The photo shows the projector projecting onto the wall of the Japanese-style room.

Cold Weather Protection (Winter Edition)

Izu Kogen is characterized by stronger winds and lower temperatures than flat areas because it is located on a mountain. It is also a humid region, making temperature control difficult. Therefore, although this property has five beds, all of themElectric heated padThey are installed, and you can adjust the temperature to your preference, so please make use of them.

It's a humid area, but when sleepingUsing the air conditioner makes me very thirsty.It may interfere with your sleep. Therefore, please use the air conditioner minimally when sleeping and sleep using an electric heated blanket.

There are a total of three air conditioners provided.

Heat measures (Summer Edition) Fireworks

Although Izu Kogen is cooler at higher altitudes than at sea level, it is hot in the summer. We have implemented measures to ensure that the air conditioning is turned on at 3 PM check-in so that it is cool when you enter your room.

You can use handheld fireworks in the garden.We have buckets ready, so please manage the fire.

Moisture control (rainy season)

This is a humid area in the mountains. During the rainy season, we have measures in place so that the dehumidifier will operate at 65% humidity, ensuring a comfortable stay even on rainy days or during the monsoon season.

There is a refrigerator and freezer, so please use it to store BBQ ingredients and other items.

A rice cooker, electric kettle, and microwave are also provided for your use.

We have prepared 5 sets of bath towels and regular towels, as well as toothbrushes (with toothpaste).

We have shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer.

There are no convenience stores within walking distance of this property. If you're hungry, we have instant noodles, frozen foods, and snacks available for a fee.Please pay the displayed amount in cash into the collection box.
