If you soil the room or damage property, you will be charged separately for repairs. We have a cleaning schedule for the day, soCheck-out is strictly on time.Please make it so.

About BBQ and outdoor use

BBQ available until 9 PM

Please return used dishes to their original location.
Loud volumes with Bluetooth speakers outdoors are prohibited.
As this is a resort area, nighttime noise is strictly prohibited.

As this is a quiet residential area, we ask for your cooperation.

About pets

The bed is ¥2,000 per animal (cleaning fee), and up to 2 animals can stay.
If we find any markings on the bedding, we will charge a separate cleaning fee, so please strictly adhere to the rules.

Please provide your own toilet sheets. We do not provide them at our facility.

About food and drink

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedroom.

Please dine on the outdoor wood deck or at a table in the kitchen.

Regarding equipment

Please do not take any equipment or other items that are provided at Neverland Izu with you. During check-in and check-outI am checking the equipment.

Regarding the use of electricity and gas

Please use electricity and gas in your own home. Please refrain from leaving hot water running or excessive use of hot springs.

Water, gas, and electricity are metered at check-in and check-out.

About insects

Izu Kogen is located at a high altitude and in a humid environment. Therefore, a lot of insects appear in the summer. Within the premisesWe’ve been spraying insect repellent and other products, but the reality is that we can’t completely prevent them.

There are centipedes and cockroaches of a size I've never seen before.

Insect repellent is provided in each room, so please take care of it yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

About Tobacco

Smoking is prohibited inside the building, but electronic cigarettes are permitted with proper ventilation.

Lighting a cigarette produces smoke, so please refrain from using it indoors.

Staying with more people than the registered capacity without permission

We do not allow stays exceeding the number of guests reserved.

If an accommodation is confirmed with more guests than the reservation, an additional charge of 4000 yen per person exceeding the capacity will be billed through the OTA.

If you consult with us before check-in, we will handle it free of charge to the extent possible.
